Moving heavy equipment is very different from a normal removal. A lathe, CNC machining centre, press brake or generator can weigh several tonnes, often has a high centre of gravity and has to be lifted, skated or craned through doors, over floors and onto vehicles that were never designed with it in mind. Get it wrong and the cost is damaged machinery, damaged buildings and serious risk to the people nearby.

We handle machinery moves from start to finish: a site survey, a method statement and lift plan, the skates, jacks, gantries and vehicles needed for the job, transport, and accurate positioning at the new location. Isolation and reconnection of power, air and coolant are arranged with your own electricians and engineers so that the machine is ready to commission when it arrives.
